The Pilates method helps you to correct tension and imbalances in your posture. In addition, it generally increases your flexibility by also addressing neglected muscles and movements.

The motto of my training sessions: holistic rather than one-sided, variety instead of monotony, quality instead of quantity. In this way you’ll activate as many body parts as possible in each lesson. My focus is on doing the exercises calmly, precisely, and with proper breathing techniques.
