My therapeutic approach combines physiotherapy and Pilates. This is how you strengthen your inner musculature during rehabilitation.
Only strong trunk musculature can protect your arms, legs and neck from overloading. This is why, for example, you also train your abdominal and back muscles following an elbow injury.
With my Pilates equipment, I can subdivide the flow of challenging exercises. As a result, we work together to gradually dissolve blockages in your movement. While the springs of the Pilates apparatus initially support your movements, they can later be adjusted to offer resistance. This is how you progressively build up your muscles. As always with Pilates: crucial for your success is the precision of the movements. That’s why precise instructions are important to me.
