Maintain your mobility and avoid falls. How? I’d love to show you in my training sessions.
On average, every third person over 65 years of age falls once a year, with injuries occurring in 10%, and fractures in 3%, of falls. The good news: Through therapy and training many falls can be avoided. Even at older age, you can increase your muscle strength and stability with training. Just two training sessions a week are enough to make a difference.
Through training you strengthen not only your torso- and leg muscles, but also the strength of your arms. This way, you can more easily use a walker if needed. You’ll build your physical stamina so that you can climb stairs more easily. You’ll also learn how to increase your gait speed – in order to, for example, cross the street more safely.
