Relieving pain as well as promoting and maintaining your mobility – these are the primary goals of my work as a physiotherapist.
I relax muscles and tissues with massage and Fango (mud) packs, so you can start well-prepared for active training. You will go on to perform your own movements with careful accompaniment. Each successful and pain-free movement will motivate you to further training – so that you gradually gain self-confidence and independence. You’ll find that this has a positive effect on your daily life.
I treat all general problems of the musculoskeletal system. My focus is on postural problems and back problems as well as movement therapy after orthopaedic surgery.
